Anjolras will report to Xavier Huillard, chairman and chief executive officer of Vinci and will oversee the group’s operations across its various business lines.

Vinci said that the move was the first step in Huillard’s succession plan, whose term of office as CEO will end in 2025.

Anjolras joined Vinci group in 1999 and become chief operations officer of motorway concessions business Cofiroute in 2004, before being appointed CEO of motorway business ASF in 2007.

In May 2010, he became deputy chief executive officer in charge of international affairs and public-private partnerships at Eurovia, then chairman and chief executive officer in 2014, and joined Vinci’s executive committee.

At the beginning of 2021, Huillard appointed Pierre Anjolras as chairman of VINCI Construction and entrusted him with the task of bringing Eurovia and Vinci Construction together.
