Jekko to bring strong selection to ConExpo

Italian crane manufacturer Jekko’s American dealer, Fascan International, is set to bring a selection of products to the upcoming Conexpo 2020 show in Las Vegas.

The company’s stand (F4569-4346) will be in the Las Vegas Festival Grounds, an area which has been added this year to replace the Gold Lot location, which is undergoing renovation works.

At the stand, Jekko says you will find the flagship model from its SPX line, the new SPX532 mini crane.

According to Jekko, the machine incorporates improved technologies in its stabilising system, as well as a redesigned electronic and hydraulic system. It is also said to be easier to use than former models and comes with an increased lifting capacity and a new user-friendly radio remote control.

Also on display will be one of Jekko’s best-selling mini cranes – the SPX429 – alongside two other notable historic models, the SPX527 and SPX1275.

Another anticipated showing from Fascan is the new JF545 articulated crawler crane. The model is said to combine the advantages of an articulated truck crane with the compactness and manoeuvrability of a mini crane.

Jekko is insistent that this hasn’t had an impact on performance, boasting a lifting capacity of 15.5 metric tonnes and vertical reach of 30m.

From the company’s mini-picker category the MPK20 was chosen to be displayed on Jekko’s stand.

The MPK20 is said to be an ideal tool for industrial maintenance and glass handling. The company said it has proven success in US markets. According to Jekko, the MPK20 is the best-selling minipicker in the US.

Finally, visitors will find also the SPK60, a telescopic crawler crane, which the firm says has ‘two identities’ for every operating requirement; from precision manoeuvres in tight and enclosed spaces, to pick and carry operations on rough terrain.

What will not be seen at the show, as was stated in Construction Europe’s ConExpo showguide, is the JF990, the largest of Jekko’s crawler cranes.
