The contract, valued at over €92 million (US$99.3 million), marks a significant milestone in the company’s portfolio of transformative projects.

The Cristallis project encompasses three buildings with a total floor area of more than 25,000m2, comprising offices, a restaurant, auditorium, co-working space and a wellness area.

The renovation plans include the extension and elevation of one of the buildings, façade replacements, upgrades to the technical building system and foundation works including more than 300 micro-piles.

Additionally, the contract covers the restructuring of the forecourt, enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of the complex.

Designed by the architect DTACC, in collaboration with the interior design agency BSTLL, the future Cristallis complex will span nine levels above ground, with offices, a corporate restaurant, an auditorium, a co-working space, and a well-being area.

Sustainability credentials

The project also includes the provision of nearly 300 parking spaces distributed across seven underground levels.

Eiffage said the Cristallis project aims to attain sustainability accreditations, including the BREEAM Excellent rating, HQE excellent level, Accessibility level AA, BBC Effinergie renovation, Biodivercity, Eco-circular approach, OsmoZ, BBCA Renovation and Tertiary Decree Eco-Energie.

The company said its operations should ensure the buildings meet energy efficiency objectives mandated by the Eco-Energy Tertiary system by 2050.

This involves the reuse of secondary construction materials and natural resources, such as on-site topsoil. Additionally, the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof should enhance the project’s environmental footprint.
