Rokbak is to showcase its latest Stage V articulated haulers at the ScotPlant 2022 construction equipment exhibition in Scotland this week.

The manufacturer and its UK dealer Molson Group will show both the RA30 and RA40 articulated models, which were launched last year via a digital event.

Paul Douglas, Managing Director of Rokbak, said, “Our haulers are shipped globally but they are designed and built in Scotland, so we’re excited to be exhibiting once again at the country’s leading construction show.”

Designed for heavy duty quarrying, mining, and construction site applications, both models offer users increased productivity and up to 7% better fuel efficiency than the company’s older EU Stage IV-compliant models.

The RA40 has a maximum payload capacity of 38 tonnes and is equipped with a Stage V Scania DC13 engine, and the smaller 28-tonne capacity RA30 is fitted with Scania’s Stage V DC9 engine.

Equipment experts from Rokbak and Molson will be on hand to speak with visitors at ScotPlant, which will take place from the 22 to 23 of April at the Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh.

While the RA30 hauler will be displayed at the Molson Group stand on Avenue E/8, the RA40 will be on show at Avenue D/18.

Douglas said, “Scotland is known for the quality of its engineering and the RA30 and RA40 are built on decades of engineering experience. We are looking forward to meeting existing and future customers alongside our trusted partner the Molson Group.”

Rokbak’s UK dealer since late 2019, Molson’s stand at this year event will be its biggest one to date.

Mark Proudfoot, Director for Molson Scotland, said, “We’re excited for our customers to see the Rokbak articulated haulers as part of our 360-degree product offering. The Molson Group is committed to delivering the best products to our customers as well as fantastic service and support.”
