Revenues up at Eiffage

Eiffage has reported growth across the board with its year-end figures for 2013.

The French contractor saw a 7.4% year-on-year increase in orders, and now holds a backlog of €11.7 billion, representing nearly 12 months of activity for the contracting divisions.

Total revenues for the year came to €14.3 billion, up 1.6% on 2012’s figure of €14 billion.

Total revenues for construction services totalled €3.7 billion for the year, down 2.2% on 2012 figures. Domestic sales declined 2.9% to €3 billion.

Revenues grew in the rest of Europe, where Eiffage posted a 0.9% gain on construction to €692 million.

Eiffage posted a 7% increase in public works to €4.2 billion for 2013, while concessions saw consolidated sales grow 3% to €2.1 billion.

The year-end figures were boosted by a strong fourth quarter, which saw consolidated sales of €3.9 billion, up 3.8% on 2012 figures.
