A court in Munich, Germany has ruled that Wacker Neuson's decision to dismiss chairman of its supervisory board, Johann Neunteufel was invalid.

Having dismissed Mr Neunteufel last week, the company expected ramifications, but today's ruling represents a significant and abrupt turn in the saga.

When asked by CE about the court ruling, head of corporate communication at Wacker Neuson, Imre Szerdahelyi said that he couldn't comment on the situation with Mr Neunteufel, although he acknowledged that there had been a court hearing.
