Case Construction Equipment has launched five new backhoe loaders in its N Series at ConExpo with the product category “having a renaissance”, according to the company.

The equipment manufacturer is bringing back the iconic ‘Construction King’ name and releasing the new machines to the North American market to deliver more comprehensive and diverse backhoe options to businesses across a broader spectrum of markets, including landscaping, rental, ag and utilities.

Two models are available immediately: the Utility Plus and the 580SV Construction King center pivot.

Three additional models will hit Case dealers later in 2023: The 580SV Construction King side shift, and two 695SV Construction King models — one with center pivot and one with side shift.

The new backhoes, as well as 30 new machines and three new product lines overall, are on display in the Case Booth W40800 at ConExpo.

“The product portfolio we’re coming to market with in 2023 is as strong as anything we’ve ever seen in our 180 years of Case,” said Brad Stemper, the manufacturer’s construction equipment product manager for North America.

“It starts with the expansion of our backhoe product line to deliver one of the industry’s most comprehensive and diverse backhoe offerings.

“There is now a Case backhoe for every user and type of business,” Stemper adds. “Backhoes are experiencing a renaissance with the labor challenges our industry faces today. It makes great business sense again, that a business would own a single asset that can perform multiple functions versus multiple machines that require individual operation by individual operators.”
