CRH completion

CRH has acquired the 55% it did not already own of Dutch materials producer Cementbouw. The cost of fully acquiring the company is put by CRH at € 184 million. Cementbouw had sales of € 213 million last year. It trades and distributes cement, fly ash and aggregates and is one of the largest ready-mixed concrete producers in The Netherlands. The ready-mixed division operates through a network of 245 plants.
