Faresin's Blue Sky cabin, has been added to the Wallaby.

The smallest telehandler in manufacturer Faresin's range had been given a new cabin and control panel, and other machines from the Italian company are also getting a new look.

The 6.25 Wallaby, which claims manoeuvrability, strength and agility, is the most compact in the range. Faresin said it was now enhanced with the Blue Sky cabin, describing the inside of the Wallaby as "a mixture of efficiency, comfort, space optimisation and easy use".

It said that safety and practicality were the two guiding principles for the design of the Blue Sky cabins, which increased the space available to the operator and increased visibility in every direction.

A new control panel integrates all the main indicators in a single display with the SAR control unit set frontally behind the steering wheel. Faresin said it allowed the operator full control of all vehicle operations in a single glance.

At the Intermat show, Faresin Industries is also presenting the Storm 22.45 rotating telehandler. It said absolute priority was given to safety with an update of the sensor system. Faresin added that other solutions related to efficiency and ergonomics, with the protection of the electronic part in the tank compartment improved, the ladder to facilitate access to the cabin revamped, and the structure of the turret strenghtened further, while the safety pin for facilitating locking has been revised.

There have also been some developments from Faresin on the 10.50 Edile HS and 17.40 Edile. The bonnets have been redsigned, and the 17.40 has a new frame.
