ALH speaker highlight: Alise Moncure

Alise Moncure, CEO of Integrated Rental Systems, will discuss how leveraging dynamic rental rates can drive profitability in her presentation, “Dynamic rates in heavy equipment rental: Stories from the trenches” at the ALH Conference on Sept. 14 in Chicago.

“Dynamic rates, airline pricing, hotel rates…everyone is talking about new ways to set rental rates but what is actually transpiring at the branches?” Moncure asks. “This presentation will focus on the digital and operational aspects of dynamic rates including the actual of what is being used in rental now, what value is it bringing and where could rental be moving toward in the future, borrowing learnings from other industries.”

Integrated Rental provides rental software purpose-built to drive profitable growth through rental. Moncure oversees software development, deployment and support of IR’s suite of targeted solutions across the rental counter, yard, shop and dispatch for dealers across North America, South America and Europe.

Prior to Integrated Rental, Moncure worked for IBM managing software, hardware and services sales and deployments into Fortune 500 companies. In addition to her time in technology, Moncure has worked in investment banking and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Moncure has her undergraduate degree from Vanguard University and her MBA from University of Southern California.
