With a new factory under construction in the Czech Republic, Bobcat is putting its money where its mouth is in terms of building European spec machines for European buyers. Galileo stalls
Development of Europe's Galileo satellite navigation system has come to a halt following the breakdown in talks to negotiate the associated PPP concession. A new report by the Commission says the only way to re-start the projects is by using public funds to buy some, if not all, of the satellites. Chris Sleight reports.
